At Sunst8 Group we stand behind our quality and provide you with a 12-month guarantee on work we do for you. There’s no tricky fine-print, just a simple promise that underlines our confidence in our materials and service.
At the completion of the job you sign off on the complete scope of works to confirm that you are happy with the completed job. Materials supplied must be used for the purpose intended and all SWL and safety signs observed. Should damage occur as a result of defective materials, and not as a result of your operations, Sunst8 will replace or repair the items at no cost, including general labour charges and materials.
Product and Services Warranty
Sunst8 Group offers a warranty on all installations of pallet racking. This warranty is limited to failure of the pallet racking as a direct result of workmanship. This warranty applies only to installations completed:
- in Australia
- to the original purchaser of the pallet racking.
Repair or replacement of the pallet racking shall be at the discretion of Sunst8 Group. This warranty does not extend to any loss or other costs resulting from the claim. No claims will be considered under circumstances other than workmanship.
Product warranty for the pallet racking is offered by the racking manufacturer, as per the terms on their website. Product warranties are offered by the manufacturer and not Sunst8 Group.
Sunst8 Group will accept no claim in relation to:
- Damage due to improper maintenance, mishaps or damaged caused by failing to carry out proper routine maintenance.
- Damage directly associated with exposure to excessive moisture or chemicals.
- Where concerns raised by Sunst8 Group have been communicated to the purchaser prior to installation in which the purchaser has agreed to proceed with the installation despite the concerns of our company or our installers.
- Damage resulting from mechanical stress, accidents, abuse, MHE, burning, flooding, cutting, exposure to very hot or cold substances or chemicals or industrial products.
Secondhand Racking
Secondhand racking is considered an as-is purchase and original product warranty is voided.
It is a WorkSafe requirement that racking be inspected once every 12 months from the date of installation to ensure the racking continues to comply with Australian Standard 4084.2:2023 Steel Storage Racking. Sunst8 Group will require proof of annual racking audits and subsequent racking repairs prior to considering any claims for failure of workmanship.
