Mark Nagy - Managing Director
Mark has accumulated over 25 years’ experience in the home improvement and service-based industries since commencing his career. He has held a number of senior roles in operations, marketing, advertising and merchandising, eventually moving into general management and finally heading up Sunst8 Group and the RackSAFE teams. Mark is a licenced engineer and is widely educated holding a masters of entrepreneurship from the University of Melbourne. In addition, he studied entrepreneurship at Stanford University. Mark regularly travels overseas to research storage and racking systems, providing him with extensive insight and understanding of product development and emerging trends.
Jacki Niko - Group General Manager
Jacki is a results-driven Business Manager with 20-plus years’ experience in retail operations – including 10-plus years in senior management positions across sales, store management, HR, training, and business transformation operations. She possesses strong strategic management capabilities with highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to develop and drive innovative solutions. Highly organised with a keen attention to detail, her expertise includes the ability to manage multiple competing priorities to ensure that deadlines are met. Jacki’s leadership skills are evident in her capacity to develop and motivate the Sunst8 team.
Kylie Nilsson - Financial Controller
Kylie brings to the business over 15 years experience in finance, accounting and general office administration. Kylie has a Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting and HR and in August 2023, she successfully completed the CPA Program and advanced to CPA status. Her qualifications and expertise result in her ability to provide Sunst8 Group with exceptional end-to-end finance solutions. A strategic planner, Kylie has taken Sunst8 from a small business operation to a substantial business by forecasting, budgeting and planning targets for our team. Employing her analytical skills to crunch the numbers and deliver accurate reporting in relation to cash flow and cost control, gives us comfort that Sunst8 will continue to go from strength to strength.
Ana Niko - Operations Manager
Recently promoted from Key Accounts to Operations Manager, Ana coordinates tasks and personnel with precision, prioritising customer satisfaction above all else. With extensive experience in customer service, administration, and leadership, Ana serves as the vital link between sales, operations, and customers. Her meticulous attention to detail, coupled with her exceptional time management skills and problem-solving abilities make her the ideal individual to navigate the complexities of our industry. Ana’s promotion to this role speaks volumes about her dedication and expertise, proving that she is more than capable of leading our operations to new heights. Respected among her peers, Ana ensures our team consistently exceeds customer expectations, solidifying Sunst8 Group’s reputation for excellence.
Luke La - Relationship Manager
Luke brings 25 years of retail and business expertise to Sunst8, blending diverse industry experience with a proven track record. Initially excelling in account management across QLD and NSW, he later established and successfully managed his own newsagency chain for 14 years, earning multiple industry awards. Throughout his career, Luke has fostered relationships with stakeholders across the retail landscape, from staff and customers to industry peers and government bodies. This comprehensive exposure has honed Luke’s ability to grasp businesses’ needs and obligations while identifying growth opportunities. His journey from Vietnam to Australia in 1985 is a testament to his family’s determination for a better life, a legacy Luke continues to honor.

With Over 25 years’ experience in both the retail and construction industries, Doug has a passion for providing the highest level of customer satisfaction to our clients. He is a dedicated team player who leads by example, while his broad background in the safety and the training is key to the successful development of our team. Doug’s technical knowledge and skill comes to the fore in job scoping, interpreting plans and drawings, and problem solving – making him a key part in the success of our operational business.
Catherine (Cat) Moran - Admin Assistant
We are pleased to introduce Catherine (Cat) as our new Admin Assistant at Sunst8 Group. Cat brings nearly a decade of administrative experience in the construction and engineering industries. Originally from New Zealand, she has been an Australian citizen since 2013 and is quickly becoming an invaluable member of our team. In her time with us so far, Cat has demonstrated her quick learning abilities, seamlessly fitting into both our office and field operations while alleviating much of the Operations workload. Outside of work, Cat enjoys digital art, crochet, and watercolour painting. We’re excited to have her on board.
