This is our most ambitious and impressive mezzanine floor installation to date! This magnificent structure is a double-story marvel, boasting six staircases, four up and over pallet gates, and thoughtfully designed handrails throughout. The journey began with the first task of the project – constructing a whopping 120 frames to lay the foundation for the mezzanine floor. To ensure smooth progress, our skilled team set up a dedicated staging area within the warehouse and immediately got to work. It was an exciting start to what would become an extraordinary endeavor. Once the frames were meticulously built, our crew seamlessly moved on to the next phase – erecting the impressive mezzanine floor itself! With precision and dedication, they assembled over 120 frames, 500 beams, countless sheets of board, and more than 4000lm of top hat materials. Each step of the process was carefully executed, bringing us closer to the breathtaking final outcome. Despite a few challenges that cropped up along the way, our team’s unwavering determination prevailed, and they successfully completed the entire project as required. It was a tremendous achievement and a testament to their expertise and commitment. Well done, Team!
